Description

This original restored German M35 helmet is size 68-61.  The shell was made by Eisenhuttenwerke in 1939. The steel is in great shape with no cracks, pins or damage. The lot number is likely that of a Heer helmet, but that can’t be know for sure. The helmet was stripped of all post-war paint then repainted the correct shade of smooth pre-war apple green. The inside of the dome has a 1939 dated inspector’s ink stamp as is often found on originals.

The helmet comes fit with a reenforced aluminum frame liner, brass split pins, and a chinstrap with aluminum hardware. All the proper components found on an original M35s helmet. The helmet is not fit with decals but comes with decals. You may choose Heer, SS, Police or Kreigsmarine.
