Description
High quality reproduction of a German M27 chinstrap. These were developed during the Weimar era to replace the old WWI chinstraps. These were used mostly on M16 and M18 helmets. The straps were replaced in 1935 with an updated version however early M35s were fit with these was well. A few have been found on M40 helmets.
