Restored French Adrian helmet in size B (57 cm). Helmet comes fit with proper aluminum spacers, liner and chinstrap
Description
This is an original restored Great War M15 French Adrian helmet in size B or 57 cm. The helmet was fully stripped of post-war paint and repainted the correct shade of Horizon blue. The inside has been stamped with a manufacture ink stamp, as was the French practice. The helmet has an original infantry/cavalry insignia. The helmet has been properly fit with a 1st pattern black liner. The liner’s backing is made from red wool. Originally this wool would have been salvaged from the madder red trousers the French military discarded in 1915. The helmet has the proper aluminum spacers as well has chinstrap. This is just the helmet for a reenactor.
