M17 Bell-L marked helmet restored to a SS-LAH parade helmet. The black paint was applied directly over the WWI field gray finish. “Fat runes” decal, which were often used on these early parade helmets were used here. The liner was rebuilt with two new pads aged to match the original. A depot ink stamp was applied to one of the pads just like on the original versions. These are selling for anywhere between 10-15K. If that’s out of your budget I can make you one just as nice for a heck of a lot less
